Still haven't received first semester module mark

I am very disappointed in Rosebank College Pretoria. I am a part time learner and we still haven't received one of our module marks for semester one. I have been contacting the school for the past 2weeks and I still haven't received a valid reason as to why our marks have not yet been released. It has been two months now, and bear in mind that this is my final year and I would like to apply to other institutions. I am so angry with this school, they aren't even communicating with us, we are just left in the dark.
