Still awaiting an exam result

I am still awaiting my results for one of my exams that I wrote on the 11th of June. I have logged a ticket twice - the first time I was told that results are still being captured, the second time (last week Friday) I haven't received a response yet. I have tried reaching out to the PC yesterday and the academic operations officer this morning but maybe using this platform will help me getting a faster response. To put into perspective how ridiculous it is the supp exam for that module is today and I still don't know what my results are.

Rosebank really is just the worst when it comes to their admin, at least the lecturers are nice and highly competent.
