service, education PATHETIC!!

I am a parent of a student studying at rosebank college at Braamfontein and the service and lack of education at this institution is pathetic. They receive an assignment, but they haven't even completed the syllabus as yet. I have been paying for a computer class, however 5 months into the year and my son has not even learned a single thing as they do not even have working computers..<br> This institution has no order and the reception area is terrible. The phones ring continuously as you try and get hold of someone to help us hand in an assignment but to no avail.<br> It is so difficult to hand in an assignment as they make us run around and that is really pathetic!! I am paying a lot of money to send my son to this institution and I would expect some service.
