I am in awe of such a ********** service Rosebank college brings. I have been requesting and calling to get my completion letter since the 10 of February till now. I had explained to them about the urgency of the letter, there was a Grad programme on the line. I then took the matter to the Programme coordinator, Princess Legodi and she helped by taking it further to the Deputy Head of operations, Pertunia as she reassured me that as soon as my transcript my fixed, she’d send it through personally. This was last week Wednesday. I lost the opportunity of getting a job that was promising because of their horrible communication and lies. IIE Assist is the most useless place to complain. I am in disbelief. They sent me an email telling me the letter would be available on my portal month end of February, imagine!! From 10th to 28th? No ways.
