Seriously ****ed.
I'm really disappointed at the service we are getting there at the college especially we online students. I have been logging tickets and emailing them to fix my RC learn system. it's been 3 weeks now and my tickets are being ignored. i need them to load the Accounting 1B subject and they are struggling to do something so simple.
