Semester 2 Results Dispute

I have been attempting to contact your Braamfontein campus via telephone, but unfortunately, I have not had any success. My son even visited the school in person, only to be instructed to email an address provided by staff after being sent back. Despite our efforts, we have received no response. As a last resort, I am reaching out through this channel.

I would like to bring to your attention that my son's transcript on Stacy is showing zero credits for the module XDSC5119 - Work Integration Learning, despite him having submitted all his work. This discrepancy is causing undue delay in our ability to register for the 2025 academic year, as we need to know which modules to pay for.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide urgent attention to this matter and assist us in resolving this issue
