Second complain

It's been two weeks now and I still haven't received any help except empty promises. Rosebank College management is failing us. I've been asking them to add one simple subject, Accounting 1B They are using a system that they themselves cannot work out and adjust when we need help. the IT department is also a failure I am not happy at all.
