Rufund for my sisters school fees

I have paid my sisters school fees with more than 9000 i have been calling the braamfontein campus for my refund still even now i have not recieved my refund.i have been calling since december last year.i was told to send proof of payment.my bank statement.i did all of that still no refund in my bank account.i spoke to G mugeri who was so rude when i asked when will i recieve my refund.i sent all my documents to her email address.i even called her to ask if she recieved my documents.she said she recieved my documents
