****** rude consultants who treat clients like dirt!!!

A super rude consult refused to help me and she slammed the phone on my ear! I wonder which criteria does this college use to employ it's staff but they're ****** rude!!! This is the Rosebank college in Braamfontein Johannesburg... seeking help there is hell!
