******* administration at Rosebank Braamfontein campus, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FILTHY, UNFAIR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES!!!

I'm a student at a Braamfontein campus enrolled for a part time course... We have been so unfortunate with the administration at the campus since we will not be allowed to add the last remaining module which is transport economics module their reasons are that we came in weeks before the registration period lapsed and the funny thing is that we weren't notified that we have to register like new unknown students. I even tried to negotiate with the finance department that atleast they must let me add the module then I will pay up later but they REFUSED BLATENTLY I then came to pay up everything I owed weeks later since they refused and now they're using their lack of deplomacy to my disadvantage making everything my fault...we have to graduate next year around April and the class has already begun with the ice tasks... they're taking waaay too long to fix their administrative error and are wasting time. even my class mates who came before me don't have their module added into their portal...this is not the first time complaining about the Rosebanks administrative errors they take far tooo long to get things done and the Braamfontein campus doesn't pick up the phone I'm utterly disappointed by such poor service really...I urge the IIE to look into this or the Braamfontein campus principal to fix this for us since the administrative stuff isn't interested... I was going to come back for a degree but looking at this treatment I'm going to pass that opportunity. Mind you my account is paid up I DON'T OWE ANYTHING TO ROSEBANK COLLEGE!. To be honest the current administration has been DISGUSTING OF LATE Rosebank Braamfontein needs to fix this and add the module for us and stop wasting our time as students...my phone number is. I have tried to call, I sent message in Instagram and Facebook but NOTHING WAS DONE, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHAT SO EVER ! MY PHONE NUMBER IS *** MY EMAIL IS *** I will be going to the campus today to have this fixed, I'M NOW FORCED TO SKIP WORK AND RISK MY JOB BECAUSE OF SOMEBODY WHO DECIDED TO COME UP WITH THIS ABOMINABLE LAW AND BECAUSE OF THIS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND DEPLOMACY!!!
