Rosebank withholding my funds for no reason
How long does a refund take to process because its been long applying for one. This is very sad because you dont reply my mails. I would want my money back

And i made it clear to you guys how important it is that you refund me. Its been a whole month begging to be assisted. What more must i do to be assisted. All you do is call and make empty promises. Now i must beg to have my money back. Why are you so inconsiderate??
