Rosebank Threatening my daughter for not submitting Matric Certificate due to Department of Education Delay (Umalusi)

My daughter is registered at this institution Sunnyside branch for an IT course. When registering we used the statement of results since we are still awaiting the certificate from the department(Umalusi) which in turn its delaying in providing it. Now here is a classic my daughter has been receiving threatening calls from this lady from the Sunnyside branch about her academic rights suspension and it's causing her tremendous stress due to not providing the certificate. If the education department its delaying should my daughter be subjected to this unbecoming behavior from Rosebank? is Rosebank not in contact with the department regarding such matters and what can my daughter do because its something that's not in her control?

The lady's behavior of threatening my daughter was out of control, it was sheer luck today that when she phoned my wife was with my daughter.

Enough is enough Rosebank get your act straight, that's not how you handle such matters. I hope this is the last-time you threaten my daughter more-over since i'm not owing you.
