Rosebank poor service.

Dear Rosebank,

I am regretting to send my son to Rosebank college. The service is unbelievable there.

I doubt the staff is monitored to do their jobs properly.

My son is studying through Rosebank with GCRA BURSARY. Its now June and Rosebank has not allocated funds for residence and stipend.

He only received laptop and books back in April.

There is this representative from Rosebank by the name Jeffrey who is responsible for allocation. This guy is failing our children. And thers is Jane from Finance who always on leave and she has not release payments

What is going on with this institution. Are following Boston way of failing its students.

Now the wifi has been switched of at my son's residence due to no payment. He can't do the assignments and meet deadlines.

Is this the way you want our children to experience.

I am extremely disappointed to your institution. I am even thinking of taking my son elsewhere next year.

Please can this be escalated to head of learning at your institution.

Your service is very poor.
