Rosebank failing me as their student

I’m a student at Rosebank Pretoria CBD and over the years (2021 - 2024 )of me schooling there I’ve encountered very terrible service. Everytime there’s a certain module that doesn’t appear on my transcript then I have to do it again or register it again where else my marks are on their system they haven’t recorded it last year I repeated two modules due to this problem I could graduated due to that problem today when I went to fetch my invitation for graduation they said there is a module missing again where else I have marks on system but it was not recorded in my transcript again I keep registering and paying for modules that I have wrote and passed but my marks doesn't get recorded.
