Rosebank do your job!!!

I am beyond angry at this college, i have been up and down Rosebank Pretoria Mega campus trying to fix my marks, i have submitted all of my proof of submissions to show that i submitted everything i was supposed to submit and i was told my work was lost was and it still could not be traced in the system, how, i have no idea and i have been trying to get answers for the past 2 years, instead ive been getting sent around circles. Now i am done with my 3year course waiting to graduate and the results on my transcript have not been fixed which has put my life in a standstill which makes me and my mother very angry because i should be studying or working by this time according to my life plan but i cant do any of that because Rosebank College isnt doing its part which is to ensure everything goes smoothly for us students. We have never given the college any problems with fee all payments are up to date and we still get the worst service ever. Now ive wasted 4months of the year/my life because of this institution. Whoever is reading this please do something because im tired of fighting a battle that doesnt end there is a month left until graduation and i have still not received any certificate l/ confirmation letter!!

Please do better. I am not the only student who is experiencing anxiety because of this colleges system. Please something needs to change, this isnt how we deserve to be treated.
