Rosebank delay in my studies

Im an aspiring student and I would like to further my studies. The service Rosebank College personal gave me was awful from the start, when it came to collecting application fees they were quick to give me call backs.

Now that i await final confirmation from them, i am the one chasing them to get feedback, i honestly want to study although the Rosebank College staff hasn't been attending to my emails.
