ROSEBANK COLLEGE WILL MAKE RUN FOR YOUR RESULTS - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I am disappointed with Rosebank College's level of service and urgency about my brother's transcript; your *********** staff has no urgency on this matter, even after mentioning that he has missed two employment opportunities and a school admission as a result of this. My brother, student number ST***4, rewrote three courses in June 2023; however, after paying the money to obtain his results, the system was not operational, and despite my repeated explanations to your agents that the system was not operational, I was referred there. When my brother attempted to physically visit the school, he was told that the script had not yet been marked, despite the fact that it is October 2022, he tried again in November - same drill "visit our website" yet again the system is not working!!!! Now 2023- he tried again and he was told that the person that registers his modules did not register them correctly? Why is this our problem? I immediately spoke to Katlego Matea that I cannot wait any longer and this needs to be sorted as in yesterday because we have been waiting since last year - she said she will log a call and she new and cannot answer to old stuff. Myself and my mom call the school almost everyday for this transcript but no one is assisting - today Katlego send a screenshot of his college Lillian Dladla (I believe IT) saying "we are experiencing a delay on demotion which has an impact on 2023 registrations. A bulk spreadsheet will be consolidated and logged with Serosoft to rectify this issue" I mean I don't understand Why should issue be combined with 2023 registrations?????? why wait to a spreadsheet to be complete??????????????? I mentioned so many times that he was offered an employment and a transcript is required to proof that he did indeed study, I am not fighting for a certificate but the transcript as it does the job of the certificate - you have taken food from his mouth and my family on two occasions now, denied him opportunities to gain experiences within the IT industry and opportunity to grow his careers, so ********* and pathetic service I am receiving from you end - Look into this matter urgently, I need the transcript so that he can try go beg for that job opportunity before is too late.
