Rosebank College- Tuition Fees Dispute

Good day.

With the utmost due respect, I am totally heart broken and utterly disappointed as I write this complaint about Rosebank College. Rosebank College has duly failed to provide assistance, after timeous and consistent communication to them regarding a tuition fees dispute. I am in great despair, as my formal certification of the diploma completed is being withheld.

The dispute surrounds my tuition fees. The last outstanding amount according to my knowledge was R1000.00, which is supported by the statements provided to me by Rosebank College. I have settled this amount and I have proof of payment as a supporting document. After paying the final outstanding amount of R1000.00 which the statement provided. I received confirmation stating that I no longer owe any amount due to the college. Unfortunately, on the day of my graduation, I was informed that there was an outstanding amount of R1750. 00, while the latest statement received, confirmed that the amount of a R1000. 00 owing was settled.

Rosebank College has totally left an unpalatable taste in my mouth, with the experience and service provided. I wish for no other student or prospect student to encounter this unsatisfactory experience which I have endured, to no resolution. I have ran out of possible options, as to how this dispute can be resolved.
