Rosebank College Transfer

My cousin was owing fees and her portal was blocked she settled the fees last year December called the campus Jabulile Radebe from the PTA campus she said we must call Sylvester from Advtech. We called they said he is on leave that was last week 6 January 2022, this morning I called Tryphina Kekana who referred me to Dorah Monaise she said she won’t be able to assist since they’re using a different she won’t be able to transfer, my sister was the one calling sending message etc since she works there but she wasn’t assisted. Dorah sent emails, messages to Jabulile Radebe but she hasn’t done anything and we need to register my cousin for her repeat modules they said we can register next week only we are asking for us a transfer from RC Pretoria to Braamfontein but it taking long
