Rosebank College-The Hub

Worst experience with Rosebank College “RC assist”, I have been trying to get my Graduation confirmation letter for past 3 days and still no one wants to give, I logged in a ticket multiple times on The Hub and RC assist and still no luck. Now the sad part about this is that I’m supposed to submit it for some application I made at the end of December, the document was due on 10 Jan 2025 however I managed to report my issue about Rosebank College not wanting to provide the letter and I was told to get that letter ASAP, again the worst part is that they(where I app****) keep contacting me regarding the confirmation letter and I still don’t have it at this point I feel like I’m being sabotaged by Rosebank College, I might lose an opportunity just because they don’t want to confirm that I obtained a qualification from them.
