Rosebank college refund problems

I highly do not recommend Rosebank College to anyone who's looking to further their studies at a private college. The service in this institution is so bad they will tell you, you are registered academy but not financially. I paid my fees fully and made an extra payment, I app**** for a refund claim on the 13th of April 2022 and received an automatic reply stating my application will be processed within 7-10 days, it's now three months later and still haven't received any responses. How many emails am I supposed to send to get feedback and my money back cause each and every 7-10 days I send a new email and this time there is no automatic reply there's nothing no responses. I don't know how many times I have to go complain at the Pretoria Financial office about this and what do they do, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do it's out of their hands.

Oh and I forgot to state that the outstanding balance they owe me will change every month, the statement I have on me will state that I have R3410 the next month it's R2410 the following month its a R1410. I don't know who's *****ing our money but I must say if my matter is not solved by the end of this month I'm taking this matter more public then this.
