Rosebank college Refund policy **** and day light ******* to South African citizens

am writing this about the way rosebank college *****s from the south african community who try further their studies but instead their get day light *******.rosebank college is a money milking college that takes people money out of nothing when there was no service rendered and the south african department of high education doesn't know what kind of so called policies this colleges are making out vunerable south africans.

i tryed enrolling my spouse to this college and hence as i wrote last time on my review of the way that the was no assist for my spouse to even use their so called arca which didn't even work at all with several calls and helped seeked with no avail on their side and now their want to take my earned money for nothing because of policy which in the first place my spouse didn't even get to see use the study materials or their so called online arca site for online studies.

my spouse didn't even get the chance to open their arca portal to use because on my understanding service rendered must be payed but my spouse didn't even get any service from rosebank college RConline portal know their want to deduct all our money for no service rendered.their tell me they are going to deduct 10% of the fees i payed per contract,their was not even a contract signed or agreed to as i was told to pay the registration fee plus the amount said to be able to be assisted on her portal.they are taking people for a ride with they so called policy which at first the student agent who was helping never disclosed they so called policy if a student was to cancel her studies.

rosebank college is wolf in sheep skin and their ****ming people out of their hard earned money with no service rendered.it would have been better if i say am cancelling her studies while she at list started but on this case no service,no study material.no help was done for my spouse to start her studies.and i know i may not be the only one done this day light ******* of theirs which their do because of they policy which is done to people who didn't even receive any help from their side.i cancelled because they couldn't help her access her portal plus we tryed calling several times with no help being done so today they want to take my money for no reason.

first did she start her class' No'. second was she able to access they portal' No' thirdly did she receive any study materials 'No'

i am seeking help or adviser to anyone who may tell me where to go from here but what i know i must find a way of getting helped as am being ****** by this college.
