Rosebank college RCAssist and FINANCE department!!! BADDDD Service!!

I have been paying fees left right and center but the amount always rises for some reason. I have requested my full statement in January, it said i owe a total amount of 4500. I paid it. Came back with 00. In april went to arrears of 3500. I just paid. Today i just got another statement it goes to 7000. Been requested calls and they hang up on me. Been requesting a full statement for the year, the keep on sending that confusing statement telling me that the agent will call me but they never call. Bad service!!!
