Rosebank College Pretoria CBD poor services

I have been trying to get my results fixed for the past 3 weeks for one of my modules that I am studying with Rosebank college and to date they haven't resolved it, it's now nearly time for exams and due to the marks that are on the portal, I am not able to write my exam. Please help me as I have submitted all my work accordingly, I have even gone through the escalation process but their services are poor and I am not getting any help, I have even involved my lecture and she mentioned that she submitted all my documents but they were captured wrong and the is nothing she ca do to help
