I was patient enough to wait for the 10th of february to receive my letter of completion, and instead, i also have no access to my transcript now. I have been to campus multiple times and i have received no help whatsoever. This is unacceptable, i need that letter of qualification to move further with my studies, why am i ignored and not helped, its been a month!! ROSEBANK COLLEGE, I AM TIRED OF UNDERSTANDING !!
