Rosebank college Polokwane campus with rude staff members

the previous year i was doing higher certificate in logistics in supply chain management the present year i registered for bachelor's degree in logistics , most of the modules from bachelor's degree are the modules i was doing in higher certificate the previous year, during my registration time the person who registered me didn't tell me about internal credits until i asked about it, then he got me credits from only 2 modules and when i asked about the other modules he said i am not credited, later on i then found out that i am supposed to be doing on 2 modules this year instead of 8, i then app**** for the credits myself but then the application was rejected because my application went through late, when i went to IIE ROSEBANK COLLEGE in Polokwane to enquire about it, the ladies who i asked were rude, didn't even show interest in listening to what i was saying, and they told me that i have to repeat the modules again this year because my application was rejected, now am asking myself how can i pay and repeat again modules that i did last year and i passed them just because they don't want to give me credits in those modules
