Rosebank College once again. You won't believe we have arranged attires and family has travelled all the way to JHB to view my sisters graduation ceremony only for Rosebank College Braamfontein to spoil it for us.

Yes it's the pendemic but it doesn't meant we need to be disrespected in this manner. First thing they provided my sister with a certificate that has the wrong ID no. The next thing they send her a link to book for the graduation ceremony on the 5th of June 10 days before the ceremony. When she goes to the link the page says the slots for the ceremony are fully booked. And here we are as a family ready for the big moment. When I try and call the school I get told they can not help me. I resorting in sending an email and I get a response sorry this ceremony is done by another company. I call the company that company says sorry as well refer to the school. So what is what here. Worst my sisters friends are in the very same boat.

What frustrates me is that they never come up with a solution for anything.
