Rosebank College needs to do better!

I registered with Rosebank back in 2020 and it has just been constant problems with them since the start.

When I intitially signed up for my degree they had signed me up for the BBA Degree (BBA312) then 2 weeks later they decided to update the degree and modules but instead of just updating me to the new modules they insisted I remain on the BBA Degree BBA312 and now every semester I need to fight and chase them to get myself registered with the 'phased-out' modules and then I have to pay a registration fee but get no assistance or guidance!

I have called and emailed and get zero assistance or I just get shifted to another department.

Its sad when the registration process is more difficult and frustrating then the actual degree!
