Rosebank College is the worst

ROSEBANK COLLEGE is by far the worst college to ever consider when registering especially for distance students. There is no support team, you send numerous enquiries and nobody will respond, once you've paid they just don't give a toss anymore. You'll follow up till your blue on the face and nobody will respond to emails not calls. The sad part is that I don't owe anything my fees are fully paid for the year yet I'm struggling to get 2nd semester modules loaded hence 2nd semester has already started. My account enquiry is still unresolved as well. Books still not delivered. It's as if responding to emails is a favour that they are doing meanwhile it's their job. I'm at wits ends with this institution I want my money back so I can register elsewhere where I'll get the treatment we require especially because we are distance students.
