ROSEBANK COLLEGE IS THE PITSSS!!!! I regret setting foot there!

Rosebank is the worst college I regret registering with them, the only thing they care about is money. In 2018 I registered for a course which I managed to settle and then in 2019 on the 7th of March I registered for another course which I cancelled within 10 days because of financial issues, I then received a call saying that I'll have to pay a cancellation fee of 18k. I told the lady I spoke that I wasn't going to afford to pay that amount as the reason I'm cancelling is because I won't afford fees anymore. Fast forward now they are threatening to blacklist me saying I have to pay R16200 which I don't have. And they are also holding my certificate of a course i finished paying over a cancellation fee of a different course
