Rosebank college IIE failure to credit previously passed module

I've recently registered with Rosebank college which offers programs from IIE. I then app**** for a Marketing 1 module credit as I've previously done it with a previous university. They asked me for my statement of results, module purpose, module and (which I gave them the Introduction to Marketing one since I can't find a Marketing 1 one ). It's been weeks and I STILL haven't received my credit, I tried calling but they keep giving me different reasons why they can't credit me. Thisis a terrible experience and I'm now doubting the overall quality of Rosebank. This is definitely my last qualification with them, I'm extremely disappointed.
