Rosebank College get your ducks in a row

Having read through the complaints on the site I am not surprised by our experience. We have a student who has registered for his 3rd year and when he first went in to enquire about his portal in January he was told they needed his matric certificate again - this after he has been studying there for two years. Subsequently he has been going in weekly to find out when his business administration course resumes and his portal is not functioning yet - a waste of time, travelling not to mention the frustration. His course has been paid for in full. Apparently the course started a week ago - how will he catch up on the work which has been done.Rosebank College this is not ayoba - get your ducks in a row, employ more and capable staff and deliver value for money.
