Rosebank college frustrating...want my refund for their incompetency

Rosebank college online, is so ***********...I registered on 4-02-2022 after I've seeked career advice ,from them only to be told the course is no longer available months later...I couldnt register for alternative course coz of there response to quiry...it's been three months and t I paid 3800 and when I send emails they respond weeks later with less help, I want my refund asap or should I start asking for legal advice 😭😭😭😭this ppl
