Rosebank College Failing to Refund after pausing course

RC failing to issue Refund after Course was paused. I have struggled every step of the way from Registration up until now where the college is failing to issue a refund. My course Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business was paused at the beginning of March. I have struggled getting a refund of which was a bursary from my work. They dont answer online calls, there is no specific person that you can deal with. I have logged calls as instructed but was not told to include my personal email since I don not receive the student emails anymore. in August both me and the bursary administrator have logged 4 calls trying to get assistance. I need my refund, otherwise I will be liable for these fees for not completing the course. Rosebank College is an absolute nightmare to deal with
