Rosebank college failed me

I was a Roseanne college student doing a travel and tourism diploma I had some repeated modules and I couldn't finish them because DTTM faised out and I couldn't find a college that could credit me and I still can't , I have also been running up and down for my Galileo certificate that I did with them they keep taking my number but never call me back, today I went back again to the braamfontain campus and I was help by a very rude lady Lerato Tsatsi who didn't know anything I was asking and all the answers she was giving me with so much attitude the stuff at the braamfontain campus is not helpful
