Rosebank college does not want to return my fees paid as promised via telephone

<p>Rosebank college has such incompetence.They advise me the reason why i cant get reimbursed is because they only updated the information of writing the two modules as special exam in the middle of 2015 I was registered in the middle of 2015 only and still spoke to the consultants there telling them i can't do this course full time as i work, i registerd taxation in second semester and accounting in january 2016 way after they decided that and they still do not want to refund how was i to know whats happening in the back office i had said many times and asked about special exams no one said anything first last year they had billed me for accounting i had not even wrote or attended classes because i came half the year already when i registered for taxation i shouldve been told thats the new process yet wasnt told in January i was told by refiloe veranda just do the accounting one if i fail i will be able to write both as special exams i was already registered for accounting by then.</p>
