Rosebank college distance learning worst service!!

I don’t really get why I’m receiving messages from the college stating that I’m owing money whereas I was unable to register as non of the consultants were helpful during the process. I was unable to choose any subjects yet I’m being told that I owe money. How is that possible?? I never received any timetable for anything. No confirmation was received for anything yet I keep on receiving messages saying I’m owing.

When you send emails , you never get any response. Please don’t play with me.
