Rosebank College, By My Worst Experience

I have been a student with Rosebank College Braamfontien Campus since 2018. I was supposed to finish my qualification this year but was given the run around By Rosebank College Representatives and Student Hub Team. Due to the miscommunication between the two, I was told I can not do the one module that is keeping me from getting my qualification due to the Module being phased out. Funny thing is that the module was loaded to my Portal in January 2022 but I was told that I can not complete the module and should re-register for Semester 2.

I have to now delay any possible opportunities due to the sudden change made with regards to which semester I could do my module in even though I registered at the beginning of this year.

I have app**** again for the same module but this time for Second Semester, only to find that my module was only loaded yesterday 31 August 2022. Assessment Dates were released in July 2022, yet I was told by an Online Success Tutor at Rosebank College Braamfontien that Assignment Dates have not yet been released.

I have been referred to over 5 different Rosebank College Consultants, and sadly none of them have been much help, when one tries to call or set up meetings those requests are ignored.

Rosebank College Braamfontien Campus has really shown me that the interest and well-being of the students come last. We have to pay the price for delays made by the institution.I honestly would not recommend and even applying at this College because you will graduate on their terms, not yours. Very unprofessional and unconstitutional, teaching ethics yet practicing none as a Private Institution.
