Rosebank College -Braamfontein Service

My daughter app**** at Rosebank College and paid the amount of R1800 on the 11th Feb 2019 which was for the application(R300) & registration(R1500) fees.We never finalized the process due to delays of getting SAQA approval as my daughter have a foreign qualification.The classes has already started at the College.We informed the College(Tsholo Moloro).I was requested to forward my banking deatails and proof of payment to a Sylvia Dikolo and their Finance department.I still havent received my refund of R1500.I have been sent from pillar to post by the College representatives.Rosebank-Braamfontein”s service is a disgrace
