Rosebank college braamfontein failed to assist once again

My daughter was supposed to submit a poe for a special exam due on the 1st of February on the 1st she looked for the link to submit but there wasn't a link, she emailed and messaged the lecturers asking where she could find the link to no response until she got a hold of the campus (braamfontein). A lady called sylvia answered the call and my daughter asked where she could find the link, the lady proceeded to say that the module was not scheduled for that day and that the special exam timetable was not out. She said my daughter must check again because the timetable will change, on the 5th she called in again and was told by the same person that she will get a call when she must submit. Today she gets a call saying she missed the due date. How is that possible is she was told by college that it wasn't due. None of her lectures were willing to help some didn't even know what she was talking about. It's as if they want her to repeat the module. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that I could not speak to a manager.
