Rosebank College BAD SERVICE

Rosebank College has lately become like a government department , Having to interact with the institution is a nightmare ,staff have no sense of empathy not helpful and very impatient .I am a former student of the institution for the past four years I have been struggling to get a copy of statement of results as well as my qualification NQF level, Imade numerous phone calls to the institution in 2014 I was told that my qualification has been discontinued and the course has been split hence it's difficult to give me information surely as an education institution you should be archiving information anyways was later told to bring through my qualification and ID book the HOD staff will be able to assist I took all the document they required to the school up to today I haven't had any feedback . Today I decided to call the school again for the 100th time and was refereed to another office and eventually when I got hold of the receptionist I was transferred to 5 different people having to keep explaining myself I am a professional I honestly don't have time to be sitting on the phone just for a simple thing and also why does it take so many years to get my statement of results nqf lev
