ROSEBANK COLLEGE ADMIN STAFF!!!!

Rosebank College Pretoria CBD Admin staff are not doing their work. They must just fire all of them because they are of no use. There was a time last year December before the campus closed. I tried calling requesting for my academic transcript and I could not get help because nobody was answering the phone. I sent multiple emails and I still did not get any help. I app**** for it on student hub and it took a good month for me to get it from the student hub.

This week I wanted assistance with an email address where I can submit my CV since the campus does help students to get employment. Today its a Friday, I am still waiting for a reply and I know it's going to take them 3-6 months for them to reply my emails.

What kind of an organization is this ? Their Facebook page is full of complains from students and nobody is giving them attention that side either.

Basically if you need help you need to go to campus directly. What about people who don't stay around Pretoria ? Must they drive from Mpumalanga to Pretoria every time they need help from the campus?

THIS SCHOOL IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
