Rosebank college

I want to complain about Rosebank college service to our kids and to us parents. We have been struggling with Rosebank college since year 2020 to date. Imagine our daughter haven't received her 1st semester results and her modules are not loaded onto student portal which makes it difficult to view financial statements and so on. We have already paid for the second semester without first semester results. I mean how funny is that. When you phone the school or send emails they do not answer calls nor emails. I believe the alternative is to report the matter to department of higher education. Rosebank college is not what is advertised on tv
