Imagine going for your graduation with family only to be told (you missed your graduation it was the previous day).This is what happend to us yesterday.Was this deliberate?My writing to Hello Peter has got nothing to do with my son's graduation. First it was his results which were delayed. Now this wrong date given to him for his graduation....What are you saying to us?? Giving us the middle finger cause you dnt give a F...... Rosebank college pls UP your game,you are dealing with people's monies,lives,reputations and minds, must we be complaining all the time about your deservice.Iam so happy am no longer in need of your service and I will never recommend your business to anyone you really did my son dirty. And again when he goes to Campus for his diploma it's SORRY all the way,aaiman la bora,U guys need to ask around how these things are done and how you need to treat and deal with people (black lives)

The person writing this is the student (ST***8) that was snubbed a walk on stage due to miscommunication.
I eventually managed to get my certificate with a bit of dampened spirits though, regardless I've been contacted by a lady named Funeka Sithole that works at the institution's National Office who has been of great assistance and handling of the matter so to speak. She went out of her way to ensure that I do get a chance to get onto stage for my qualification which was supposed to be scheduled for today. The schedule was an inconvenience BUT I truly appreciate Ms Funeka Sithole's efforts to try salvage the situation.
May her role in this matter not go unnoticed, the institution needs more employees like herself.
