Rosebank after service

i Graduated in 2017, rosebank gave us student Marques (which do not work/are too slow until the session expires). i now need to further my studies and i cannot access my academic record, i have contacted rosebank and have been in communication with the Braamfontein campus,i get referred and sent from pillar to post, i got a bursary and now my sponsor wants to pull out as registration dates are closing soon. All i need is for someone to send me a copy of my official academic record.
