Rosebank

Hey, my name is Aseza Fipaza a Student at rosebank college, at Braamfontein. I was owing fees and I couldn't get my results, 2 weeks back I paid the remaining money I was owing on the 25th of January 2022, I wrote an email to Loyiso Magidlela that I have finished paying the fees, He rep**** saying I must send proof of payment, on the 2nd of February I sent the proof of payment, he never got back to me, on the same day I even sent the proof of payment to Alice Motloung , the one who works in the finance department of Rosebank, she also didn't get back to me. The reason I've been writing to them is because I can't go to the campus, I am not around Joburg. All I am asking from them is my results and my portal to be unblocked. All they care about there is money, because the time I was owning them they would call me everyday asking me when am I gonna pay the fees, but now that I want my results they are mute.
