Reviewing Rosebank College's handling of tuition fees and module drops in 2023.

I paid my tuition fees in full at Rosebank College in 2023, with only one module, Financial Management, requiring payment later in late April 2023, which was promptly settled. However, I encountered an issue with a module called Quantitative Techniques. Despite passing the module after a supplementary examination in February 2023. When I attempted to drop the module, I was assured that it was processed, many times. However, upon checking my statement, I discovered that I was charged R5768.00 for Financial Management and Quantitative Techniques modules. I only paid for Financial Management which I know I was owing which was R3059. I was informed that I owed R2709.00 for Quantitative Techniques module indicating a discrepancy in the fees charged. I received and email from one of the Rosebank College Debt Collectors, stating that I should call them in regards to the R2709.00 that is outstanding. I've been calling and no one is picking my calls, I've been sending emails with no response, its been a week now. I do not have any outstanding balance due to Rosebank College. This experience has been frustrating and concerning, as it has resulted in an unexpected financial burden.
