Review of exam script with the lecture

I have requested to view my script since the results were released late and batches were the integrity of the results are questionable as the first exam that was written its results were not available until the new semester started. The tickets raised for this were not timeously resolved. To date there are still students that did not receive their results. Upon my request to view my results I was told I was supposed to raise the ticket within 5 days of receiving results. Which is unfair, since our queries takes forever to be resolved and one will be sent pillar to post for petty things. Campuses are not able to support online student. The line to call when seeking clarity and assistance, one can hold for over 30minutes. And I believe my script should be available anytime I want to view either to confirm results review for improvement. After 30 days of writing the exam for Financial Management the results were still not available.
