Returning Student that hasn't received new log in details for the stasy portal

After writing numerous e-mail to the institution and it's employees and all of those going unanswered regarding the new student number and password for their new Stasy system to be used this year which I was told I'd be getting after registrations but I have not yet received any of those wrote countless emails which where not answered ,even went to campus to check on campus to try and get assistance on this matter to which I was told they couldn't help yet I'm supposed to attend classes on Monday but I don't even have access to the new portal but I'm supposed to just come to campus on Monday this whole thing is frustrating and worrying as I am not getting any assistance. May I kindly get assisted on this matter as classes are commencing soon and I have no way of accessing the new portal as I haven't received a new student number or password ,I am still stuck on the previous portal which is still on the 2021 academic year. Please kindly assist.
