Results , registration and school fees

I’m forever having problems when it comes to accessing my results I literally have to go to campus in order to get my things done and sit there for hours and if I don’t my things will always be incomplete and this has been going on for years , again as usual I’m still waiting for my results to show , don’t know where I stand with any of the modules I have done for 1st semester , I’m honestly in need of help regarding registration and also my school frees statements comes with different amounts all the time
